For suppliers based inside Saudi Arabia

Please ensure you have the following documents ready before starting the registration process

Supplier Address Proof: A copy of the national address.
Commercial Registration Certificate: A valid copy.
SAGIA Certificate: A valid copy.
Zakat Certificate: A valid copy.
VAT Certificates: A valid copy.
GOSI Certificate: A valid copy.
Chamber of Commerce Membership: A valid copy.
The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Certificate issued by Monsha'at – A valid copy - if applicable.
Company Employees Authorized Signatories letter: Complete the reference document on attested on company letterhead; ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized person.
Bank Account Letter: From the supplier's bank confirming account details.
Supplier Bank Account Details: On official letterhead with authorized signatory and company seal, including vendor and bank details.
Company Ownership and Profile: Detailed company profile with ownership information.
Signed Supply Chain Code of Conduct: Complete the reference document, ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Complete the reference document, ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
