The COOP Training Program is a mandatory, credit-bearing program for senior university students, designed to bridge academic learning with professional practice. Students work alongside Aramco Digital experts, contributing to real projects that shape the future of digital industries.
An elective professional development initiative offering students hands-on experience during their academic break - building skills, confidence, and employability.
I supported the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding. I also developed automated workflows using Power Automate, streamlining interview scheduling and multi-panel scoring. It significantly improved efficiency and reduced manual effort.

AI Practitioner Diploma Program - NITA Academy
From High School to AI Practitioner - A New Path to Excellence
Launched in September 2023, the AI Practitioner Diploma is a rigorous two-year program designed to transition high school graduates directly into the AI workforce. Fully funded by Aramco Digital, it represents a powerful model for building specialized tech talent from the ground up.
My experience at Aramco Digital has been truly rewarding. I gained hands-on experience in software development and participated in strategic discussions with international companies. A standout moment was visiting the Delivery Center - it revealed the company's ambition and fueled my passion for innovation.

The program has been both intense and rewarding from the beginning till the end. We started with strong emphasis on developing soft skills, followed by a three-month intense AI training at the NITA Academy that challenged us both technically and intellectually, including collaborative competitions that pushed our limits.
