At Aramco Digital, we are committed to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct. If you suspect any form of unethical behavior, we encourage you to speak up by contacting the Audit Hotline.

We have established a confidential Audit Hotline for employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected violations of our Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, financial irregularities, fraud, bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, or other serious concerns.

You may report your concerns anonymously. However, we encourage you to provide your name and contact information to facilitate follow-up. All personal details will be kept strictly confidential. You may also include supporting evidence with your report.

Reportable Misconduct

Examples of reportable misconduct include:

  • Fraud: Any deceptive act intended to gain an unfair advantage or cause loss to another party.
  • Forgery: Creating or altering documents or data with the intent to deceive.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Situations that may compromise impartial decision-making due to personal or financial interests.
  • Bribery, Kickbacks, and Illegal Gratuities: Unlawful payments or gifts intended to influence decisions or gain improper benefits.
  • Misuse of Resources: Using company property or resources for unauthorized or non-business purposes.
  • Falsification of Records: Deliberately misrepresenting, concealing, or destroying information to mislead.
  • Embezzlement: Misappropriation of company funds or assets entrusted to an individual.
  • Breach of Confidentiality: Inappropriate access, use, or disclosure of sensitive or personally identifiable information.
  • Other Serious Violations: Any breach of Aramco Digital policies, corporate standards, or applicable government regulations.
