For suppliers based inside Saudi Arabia
Please ensure you have the following documents ready before starting the registration process
- Supplier Address Proof: A copy of the national address.
- Commercial Registration Certificate: A valid copy.
- SAGIA Certificate: A valid copy - if applicable.
- Zakat Certificate: A valid copy.
- VAT Certificates: A valid copy.
- GOSI Certificate: A valid copy.
- Chamber of Commerce Membership: A valid copy.
- The Local Content Certificate – A valid copy - if applicable.
- The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Certificate issued by Monsha'at – A valid copy - if applicable.
- Company Employees Authorized Signatories letter: complete the reference document, attested on company letterhead; ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized person.
- Bank Account Letter: From the supplier's bank confirming account details.
- Supplier Bank Account Details: On official letterhead with authorized signatory and company seal, including vendor and bank details.
- Company Ownership and Profile: Detailed company profile with ownership information.
- Cybersecurity Compliance (IT/Technology companies only): e.g., Saudi Aramco CCC or equivalent.
- Signed Supply Chain Code of Conduct: Complete the reference document, ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
- Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Complete the reference document, ensuring it is signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
