If the User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, the User must not use the Site or any affiliated mobile applications.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Aramco Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 Aramco Digital does not warrant that the functions contained in the Materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the User's use of this Site. Aramco Digital reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of the User's location.
